This artwork was completed using acrylic ink made from the highest quality pigments (archival, lightfast & waterproof) on museum grade bamboo paper (265g/m-125lbs). The paper is a natural white, acid-free, vegan and lightfast with guaranteed archival standards. The textured surface and natural off-white / pearl-white colour that provides the paper's warm and earthy feeling is not always visible or detectable in photos under the studio lighting. 

* Please allow 5-7 Business Days from the date of purchase for the preparation & packaging of your artwork *

- Artwork is shipped framed & crated (For certain EU destinations, artwork may be shipped in double-box cardboard packaging).

- Any customs/import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer at the country or destination of delivery. 

- All artwork is shipped insured with tracking services & signature on delivery only. 

- Shipping Weight: Approx. 33lbs / 15 KG (May vary +/- 1KG).

 

** We recommend opening your artwork IMMEDIATELY. Any damages  must be claimed within 3 days of delivery. Any damages claimed after this period will be the responibility of the customer in addition to the return packaging, shipping fees & other assosciated costs ** 

* All Return requests are subject to review & approval * Please do not ship/return any artwork prior to obtaining written approval from Tinay.

- All Return requests must be in writing & made within 3 Days of delivery of the artwork. 

- Returned artwork & frame must be in their oringinal condition, securley re-packaged in a similar crate or in the original packaging.

- Artwork & frame must be non damaged or altered, and insured during shipping to the same value of the artwork - all at the cost of the customer. 

- Returned artwork & frame must be delivered back with a registred shipping service - and must be delivered back to the artist within 7-10 business days maximum.

- Return shipping costs,  customs, tax duties, re-import fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer. 

- Tinay has the right to refuse returned artwork at their discretion for violation or non-adherence to any of the aforementioned conditions or other reasonable conditions.

- Refunds will be issued to the customer upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork. Refunds will be made (minus any charges) in the same method of payment used for purchase and/or via wire transfer or payment app. Any banking / transaction fees associated with the refund will be charged to the customer.
